Colombia is the land of coffee, so if you travel to Colombia you won’t want to miss the incredible Coffee Cultural Landscape, which has been declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO.

The area, which crosses the departments of Caldas, Quindio, and Risaralda, offers a unique experience that can only be experienced traveling overland. The mountains and coffee plantations connect so beautifully that you’ll be sending home a million photographic postcards.

The Coffee Zone offers more than coffee plantations. You can choose to visit hot springs or hike Colombia’s famous Nevado del Ruiz, a 15,000-foot volcano.
